Successful completion of our renewable energy project at Technoform Hong Kong’s plant

Technoform Asia Pacific is proud to announce the successful completion of our renewable energy project at Technoform Hong Kong’s plant in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate. In collaboration with NEFIN, APAC’s leading green independent power producer, this transformative project has an installed capacity exceeding 1.3 MWp and is projected to produce around 1,535 MWh of renewable energy annually. This output could potentially offset over 600 tons of CO₂ emissions, equivalent to planting nearly 14,000 trees and powering approximately 465 homes each year.

This collaboration, underpinned by a 23-year solar power purchase agreement (PPA), reflects Technoform's commitment to advancing its sustainability goals. By embracing renewable energy, Technoform demonstrates its dedication to energy efficiency and environmental stewardship, setting a benchmark in the energy transition. It also aligns closely with the company's goal of reducing the embodied carbon footprint of its products, delivering more sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
 

Following the project completion, NEFIN also conducted a comprehensive training session for Technoform Asia Pacific’s team. Both companies share a strong commitment to safety management, prioritising a safe workplace environment while effectively managing the system for optimal performance.
